Efik People of Houston Association
The Efik People of Houston Association brings together natives, descendants, and friends of the Efik Kingdom who call the Greater Houston area home. Our organization provides a place to connect, strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and celebrate the rich history, traditions, and cultural heritage of the Efik people.
Through fellowship, cultural programs, community engagement, and collaborative initiatives, we work to preserve Efik identity for future generations while building meaningful connections within the Houston community. We believe our shared heritage gives us a strong foundation for supporting one another and making a positive impact both locally and abroad.
Beyond promoting Efik culture, the Houston Chapter mobilizes its members and resources to support educational, economic, social, and humanitarian initiatives in the United States and Nigeria. From encouraging educational opportunities and community development to assisting those in need, we strive to turn fellowship into meaningful action.
At the heart of the Efik People of Houston is a commitment to unity, culture, service, and progress. Together, we honor where we come from, strengthen the community we have built in Houston, and help create opportunities for generations to come.
